Once you have logged in you may start a page on any topic by adding a "child" page to this one, discuss previous postings and possiblities on the "talk" page, or contribute to and edit an already posted page (revisions are viewable and reversible).  Pages can then be organized through the "outline" page into a larger "book" on a particular subject.
